FMS is looking for a Management Trainee who is keen to build their management careers in corporate finance.
The ideal candidate will be a self-driven problem solver, quick learner, and unfazed by complexity. Knowledge of Data Structures and SQL is a pre-requisite.
FMS team offers accounting outsourcing services to fast-growing international clients across various continents. FMS team’s mission is to be the best and trusted financial data stewards with the specific focus on Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. We study business goals and key data flows to realign, improve and manage them to achieve insightful and actionable financial information for the decision-maker.
The winning candidate will have his/her roots in providing solutions and will have a passion for finance and accounting operations. This position is for people who are willing to walk an extra.
Minimum Education
- Fresh graduates in Engineering and Business Management who have demonstrated strengths in management and team leadership.

Post training deployment
The integrated training program will engage you on several projects assigned by the Operational leadership and on successful completion, you will be engaged in the role of Finance Engineer.
