Human Resource Executive

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified HR Executive with 6-7 years of experience in HR
operations, specializing in Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Compliance
and liasoning, and Employee Engagement in a small and medium enterprise. The ideal
candidate should have a proven track record of managing HR functions effectively,
ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a positive work culture.

Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition:
    o Actively be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process, including
    sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    o Conduct HR interviews, assess candidate’s soft skills and make hiring
    recommendations.
  2. Compensation and Benefits:
    o Payroll processing monthly.
    o Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
  3. Compliance and Legal:
    o Hands-on experience in preparing and maintain reports on EPF, ESI and
    labour laws, on monthly, annual and need basis.
    o Has collaborated with statutory bodies like EPF, ESI and labour office etc
  4. Employee Engagement and Relations:
    o Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
    o Organize events and activities as per the plans of the organisation
  5. HR Operations Management:
    o Oversee day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
    o Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data
    accuracy.
    o Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for management review.
  6. Performance Management:
    o Implement performance management systems and processes.
    o Monitor performance metrics

The HR Executive will need to stay updated on industry trends and benchmarking on HR
function.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or another technical field.
  • Master’s degree in human resources management.
  • Interest for understanding of labor legislations and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic
    environment.

Preferred as an added advantage:

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
  • Some level of experience in using HR analytics for data management, data
    interpretation and decision-making would help.
  • Experience in other areas of HR – including employee performance
    management, grievance handling, external company liasoning.
