Position Overview:
This is your opportunity to shape marketing strategies that drive business growth for our IT services and consulting firm. You will identify market opportunities, define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and design impactful campaigns to build a robust lead pipeline. Leveraging tools like Google Analytics, you’ll analyze customer journeys, enhance brand visibility, optimize content distribution, and manage the brand website.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify areas of opportunity that align with the firm’s offerings & capabilities.
2. Define the ICP to maximize lead conversion and build marketing-sourced revenue and pipeline.
3. Design campaigns to maximize brand visibility and recall among our target audience.
4. Maximize campaign ROI by improving success metrics (#conversations, #inquiries, content engagement etc.)
5. Monitor and introduce initiatives to improve soft brand metrics such as brand mentions, recommendations, podcast invites, and organic site traffic.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT services or consulting.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience in managing website content and driving organic traffic growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Ability to define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) based on research and data.
- Experience in tracking and improving customer journey metrics and campaign ROI.
Soft Skills
