Position Overview:
This is your opportunity to shape marketing strategies that drive business growth for our IT services and consulting firm. You will identify market opportunities, define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and design impactful campaigns to build a robust lead pipeline. Leveraging tools like Microsoft Clarity, you’ll analyze customer journeys, enhance brand visibility, optimize content distribution, manage content partnerships and manage the brand website.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify areas of opportunity that align with the firm’s offerings & capabilities.
2. Design campaigns to maximize lead conversion and build marketing-sourced revenue and pipeline.
3. Monitor and introduce initiatives to improve soft brand metrics, such as brand mentions, recommendations, podcast invites, and organic site traffic.
4. Improve campaign ROI and success metrics (#conversations, #inquiries, content engagement, etc.)
5. Engage prospects based on engagement metrics and qualify leads for sales engagement. (Calls/meetings would be scheduled during US business hours)
Role Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT services or consulting.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of content marketing & digital marketing channels – social media (LinkedIn, YouTube), Email marketing. Sales Navigator experience would be a plus.
- Creation of marketing collateral in various formats optimized for a platform – video/long-form/short-form content/flyer/brochure/emails
- Designing and executing brand campaigns based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to enable lead generation.
- Experience in tracking and improving customer journey metrics and campaign ROI. Proficiency in Google Analytics, MS Clarity, CRM, and marketing automation tools.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
- Creativity in campaign design and execution.
- Ability to manage partnerships and work cross-functionally with internal/external teams.
- Experience tailoring campaigns to diverse customer segments in India and globally.
