This is your opportunity to shape marketing strategies that drive business growth for our IT services and consulting firm. You will identify market opportunities, analyze customer journeys to capture high-intent leads, enhance brand visibility, optimize content distribution, and manage the company website.
Responsibilities:
- Design campaigns to maximize lead conversion and build marketing-sourced revenue pipeline.
- Improve campaign ROI and success metrics (#conversations, #inquiries, engagement, brand mentions etc.)
- Engage prospects based on engagement metrics and qualify leads by validating need. (Calls/meetings, if any,
would be scheduled during US business hours) - Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the organization’s website. Create appropriate website content
aligned with the organization’s strategy. - Develop sales collateral to support business development teams. (Formats such as: flyers, pitch decks etc.)
Role Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing. Must have worked in IT services/consulting or a B2B
tech product company.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of content marketing & digital marketing channels – social media (LinkedIn,
YouTube), Email marketing. Sales Navigator experience would be a plus. - Creation of marketing collateral in various formats – video/long-form/short-form
content/flyer/brochure/emails - Designing and executing brand campaigns based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to enable lead
generation. - Experience in tracking and improving customer journey metrics and campaign ROI. Proficiency in (one
or more) Google Analytics, MS Clarity, CRM, and marketing automation tools. - Basic WordPress knowledge.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
- Creativity in campaign design and execution.
- Ability to manage partnerships and work cross-functionally with internal/external teams.
- Experience tailoring campaigns to diverse customer segments in India and globally
