Position Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and securing top-tier talent for our company. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective candidates, ensuring a steady flow of highly qualified and competent manpower. Additionally, you should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Understand recruitment processes laid down and implement them meticulously.
- Source and screen candidates for open positions.
- Schedule and manage various assessment and interview processes.
- Communicate and build professional relations with candidates to keep them engaged.
- Facilitate the different stages of the process.
- Surf job portals, social media platforms to source candidates in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of candidate data.
- Use of MS office tools to communicate to various stakeholders in the process, maintain data, analyse
and report data. - Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in End-to-End requirement.
- Graduate/Post-graduate in Human Resources Management specialization.
- Any relevant certification focused on continual improvement and growth will be recognized.
- Any previous internship or work experience in candidate application processing and analysis or a related field is an added advantage.
