Tina heads the entire software operations of Insight Consultants and holds the post – Head of Operations. She started her career in Insight as a Project Lead, and since then, she has led the company’s transformation into a technology driven force. Her contribution has been one of the important reasons for the company’s success.

As a woman of high energy and enthusiasm, Tina combines her technical expertise, people management skills and process oriented working style to deliver high value add to the business solutions and clients. She strongly believes in personal relationship and says,’ It is important that everyone feel they are a part of the family, valued, and with a contribution to make. If I can’t be of service, I may know others who can meet your needs. After all creating and fostering relationships-and giving back-is a cornerstone of conducting business today’. She has worked previously with Wipro Technology, and she holds a B Tech degree with MBA in Marketing. In addition, she is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) holding multiple certifications from Microsoft. Now working almost, a decade with Insight, Tina says, ‘When one spends more than ten years with a company, you become the company. What you do stops being a job’. Her current focus is on building Insight into a self-sustaining, organic and professional organization.

As a working mom, Tina balance her work life with her home. She has a husband, son and a puppy, loves to travel as frequently as possible and enjoy new experiences, be it new cuisines, arts or sports.
