ABOUT THIS ROLE 

Reports to: Head of Operations, FMS SBU  

Purpose of your role:  

This role is about managing expectations to achieve customer delight and involves both interfacing with the client stakeholders as well as achieving high performance from the team

• Skill at managing stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness. 
• Very good prioritization skills to balance key priorities. 
• Strong technical competency with a customer-centric approach to solutioning.
  
  

You have: 

• Work experience in finance/accounting/commerce and business background in the relevant industry. (see section on QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS)

• Thorough with credit/debit, balance sheet accounting, revenue recognition, cost analysis, accrual accounting, consolidations, analyzing Profit & Loss (P&L) account and financial reporting. 
• Strong in MIS Reporting – Management decision support. 
• Team Management – setting goals, monitoring performance and ensuring motivation of all team members.  
• Demonstrated Continual Learning habit  
• Strong in using raw financial data using analysis tools to solve problems that hinder business progress. 
• Aptitude in identifying and adapting to applicable technological platforms; Knowledge of QuickBooks/ZOHO/XERO is an advantage. 
• Strong verbal, written and e-mail communication skills in a professional, business-like demeanor
  
  

Operational responsibilities: 

• For each client account, evaluate gaps, study business goals and key data flows to realign, improve and manage them to achieve actionable insights for the decision-maker. 
• Set systems in place that track and meet the quality standards 
• Manage and inspire team members, drive outcomes, overcome adversity, hold people accountable, build strong relationships, and make better decisions based on performance. 
• Should maintain good relationships with all stakeholders and communicate frequently regarding business related needs. 
• provide valuable analysis and expert opinions with systemic engagement with clients;

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 

CA, CA-Inter (3 years of articleship with all papers cleared) OR CMA (US) OR MBA Finance
