We specialize in providing IT-based business solutions, developing bespoke software solutions, and offering finance and accounts (F&A) management services to customers in the United States of America.

Areas of Responsibility
Marketing Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Lead Generation: Understand the nuances of each market and develop market-specific content and digital marketing plans.
- Plan and manage integrated demand generation campaigns across different channels, e.g., email campaigns, PPC ads, LinkedIn paid campaigns, etc.
- Discover new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and email campaigns.
- Experience in Account Based Marketing campaigns, defining account qualification criteria and identifying target audience match.
- Generate relevant content covering whitepapers, e-books, case studies, blogs, research reports, etc.
- Build competitive intelligence.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, ZoomInfo.
Collaboration & Alignment
- Stakeholder management: Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive and innovative marketing programs across multiple channels.
- Brand management: Ensure that all branding initiatives are consistent with the company's brand values, messaging, and visual identity.
- Budget management: Plan and manage budgets for assigned projects and campaigns.
Requirements
- BTech and/or Master's degree in Marketing/Business Administration.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in lead generation/marketing in a B2B firm.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a team environment.
- Ability to analyze market research data and draw insights.
- Strong understanding of the fundamentals for marketing to a B2B audience.
