The role you will play

Lead teams to maintain books of accounts and provide management reports to our customers in the USA.
Improve productivity of teams by getting them to adopt workflow automation.
Streamline and digitize accounting workflows using cloud-based finance and accounting tools.
Design and implement management-finance dashboards
Implement automation of financial analysis and reports.
Gain expertise in database systems, SQL and dashboard tools such as Power BI
Design, set and track performance assessments of team members.

Selected Candidates Will Bring The Following To This Role :

Experience:

1-3 years of work experience in finance/accounting/commerce and business background in the relevant industry.

Minimum Education

One to three years of work experience in finance/accounting/commerce (excluding articleship, internship or traineeship)

Competencies

Thorough with credit/debit, balance sheet accounting, revenue recognition, cost analysis, accrual accounting, consolidations, analyzing Profit & Loss (P&L) account and financial reporting.

Strong in MIS Reporting – Management decision support. 
Strong verbal and written business communication skills. 
Aptitude in identifying and adapting to applicable technological platforms; Knowledge of QuickBooks/ZOHO/XERO is an advantage. 
Strong in analyzing raw financial data to solve problems that hinder business progress.
Demonstrated Continual Learning habit 
Team Management – setting goals, monitoring performance and ensuring motivation of all team members.
