About this role

Reports to: Delivery Head

Purpose of your role:

As a Full Stack .NET Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications using .NET technologies. You will be working closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the team adheres to coding standards, best practices, and software development methodologies.

You have:

Exposure to building and deploying multi-tier Azurecloud-based architecture, with complex integration between different systems.
5+ years experience in developing applications using all of the following languages/frameworks-
- .NET stack, including ASP.NET MVC, .NET core and C# . (Expertise: High)
- Javascript -JQuery OR one of these JS Frameworks–React/Node/Angular JS. (Expertise: Medium)
- Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, stored procedures,and fine-tuning SQL queries to optimize performance (Expertise:High)
- HTML 5 and CSS (Expertise:Medium)

Operational responsibilities:

System level design for scalable web applications, particularly building high-frequency and low-latency web applications with optimalmemory management, performance, and scalability.
Hands-on programming and deliver complex technical solutions.
Work in 2nd shift (from 3:00 pm till 12:00 am) at least for the initial few months.
Work with senior architects in the USA and manage a development team in India.
Provide consultative and technical input for next generation banking application.

Qualification requirements

Graduate degree,preferably in engineering.
Any relevant certification focused on continual improvement and growth will be recognized.
