Insight Consultants partnered with an auto refinancing company struggling with a legacy loan origination system built in ASP. The system had grown unwieldy over time, difficult to scale, hard to maintain, and reliant on a shrinking pool of skilled resources. Users had adapted to its interface, but behind the scenes, performance bottlenecks and architectural complexity were slowing growth. Working closely with stakeholders, our team assessed the system’s structure and day-to-day usability. We focused on simplifying what was under the hood while retaining the user experience people relied on. The result: a leaner, faster, and future-ready platform built for long-term success.
